# Plans & pricing

> Compare plans, publisher-seat prices, and included capacity. Reviewers are always free.

Pay for the people who publish prototypes. **Reviewers are free and unlimited** on every
plan: one designer with eight people who only view and comment needs one paid seat, not nine.

## The plans

Prices are per publisher seat. Yearly plans are paid once a year.

## What each plan includes

These are the starting limits for an organization with one publisher. Check **Settings →
Billing** and **Settings → Usage** for the limits that apply to your organization.

Every account can create one Starter organization. Its initial publisher is the creator, who can
[transfer that seat](https://artor.app/docs/seats) to another member.

Pro includes shared [environment variables](https://artor.app/docs/env). Team adds [shared Spaces](https://artor.app/docs/spaces),
[skills](https://artor.app/docs/skills), and [templates](https://artor.app/docs/templates). Enterprise adds the
[private registry](https://artor.app/docs/registry) and contract limits. SSO is coming soon.
[Mock datasets](https://artor.app/docs/mock) are available on every plan.

A view means someone opens a **public share link**, including someone on your own team.
Opening a prototype from the dashboard does not count. Views use a rolling 30-day window;
they do not reset on the first of each month.

[Link passwords](https://artor.app/docs/sharing#password-protection) are included on every plan,
including Starter, at no extra cost.

### Capacity added by publisher seats

Each paid publisher after the first adds capacity to the organization:

For example, five Pro publishers have 90 GB storage, 150,000 public-link views, and nine
prototypes running at once. Reviewers do not add capacity or charges.

## Bulk source exports

Use [`artor dump`](https://artor.app/docs/cli) to download the source of the organization's prototypes together.
Each run uses one export allowance:

If you have used the allowance, the command tells you when you can export again.
Downloading one prototype with [`artor pull`](https://artor.app/docs/cli) does not use this allowance.

## Inactive Starter organizations

A Starter organization with no sign-ins or CLI activity for **90 days** is archived. Members
receive an email before archiving. Any member signing in during the following **30 days**
restores its prototypes, versions, and comments. After that recovery window, the organization
and its data are permanently deleted.

Activity, including opening the dashboard, resets the inactivity clock. Paid organizations
are not archived for inactivity.

## Upgrading

For an existing organization, open **Settings → Billing**, choose Pro or Team, and complete
checkout. The plan changes after payment clears.

For a new organization, choose a plan in **New organization**. Starter is selected initially.
If you choose a paid plan, complete payment, then return to **New organization** to finish
creating it. Only one unused purchase can wait at a time. Your subscription starts at payment,
so finish setup promptly; see [new-organization billing](https://artor.app/docs/billing#paying-for-a-new-organization)
for the unused-purchase refund process.

Owners and admins can track seats, members, storage, and public-link views under
