Artor is a small operation, and email reaches the people who build the product. Pick the address that matches what you need — it saves a forwarding step, and privacy and legal requests are logged separately from ordinary support.

Before you write
Most product questions are answered in the documentation — including how to install the CLI, how public sharing works, and what each plan includes. If something looks broken, the version URL and the exact command you ran are the two things that make a bug report actionable.

We also post as Artor on X, LinkedIn, GitHub, YouTube, and npm. Social accounts are not a support channel: anything that needs an account looked at should go to email.

That is a registered business address, not a walk-in office. The same entity is named in the Terms of Service and is the data controller described in the Privacy Policy.
