Email notifications
Choose which emails you receive under Settings → Notifications. Each type has its own switch, and changes save immediately. Your choices apply to your account across all your organizations.
Turning notifications off
Notifications are on by default. Turn off a switch to stop that type of email. Comment emails also include a Manage your notification preferences link to these settings.

Shared link updated is marked coming soon in Settings; those emails are not sent yet.
Billing emails cannot be turned off here. Receipts, plan changes, scheduled switches, cancellations, and subscription-ending notices go to the payer, or the organization’s owner if the payer has left. See Billing.
Good to know
- No emails for your own activity. Commenting, replying, or mentioning yourself does not notify you.
- No repeat email for edits. Only a newly posted comment or reply sends notifications. Editing a message, including adding a mention, does not send another.
- A reply that mentions you sends one email. You receive the mention notification if it is enabled, otherwise the reply notification if that is enabled. With both off, neither is sent.
- There is no digest. Separate comments and replies can produce separate emails. Turn off a type if it becomes too frequent.
- Links open in the right organization. Opening a prototype from a comment email switches you to the organization that holds it, if you’re a member. See Opening a prototype link.
- Email delivery can fail. A missed email does not remove the saved comment; open the prototype to check feedback.
Guest feedback
Comments through a public link notify the prototype’s owner. Guest replies notify teammates participating in the thread. Emails label the writer with (guest) or Anonymous guest; their name is not verified.
Guests cannot @-mention teammates and never receive notification emails, even if the share link asks them for an email address. That address is shown to your team for context only.
